“I am pleased on how this whole process was smooth and not stressful. Justin and Kaitlyn had great communication with me and let me know step by step what was happening. My mother had passed away unexpectedly and I had alot on my plate as it is and they lifted the burden of the house off of me. They balanced business and being sensitive to this process look easy and I am grateful for how they handled all of this so professionally. “My father unfortunately had to forego cancer treatment and recovery. His home was left unattended for months on end ensuing water damage from a broken water pipe. We were overwhelmed trying to help our father sell the property in its current state. Making things worst we were in the west coast with him during treatment and the home was in New Jersey. Joseph, Justin & Kaitlyn made it easy for us to tend to this surmounting task. They were great from the beginning till the completion of the sale.
